The only thing that appears to be getting power is the fuel pump. It's fuel injected and you can jump across the solenoid and it will turn over that way but it's not firing and I'm getting power to the solenoid when you turn the key but it won't turn over and I replaced the solenoid along with a programmable ecm that's a plug in play ecm. Put a little fuel starter in inlet to carb (remove air cleaner, spray a few seconds, place filter back on then try starting). Even if the engine is shot, it should start, it'll either sound ok or will make loud banging sounds. Best of luck, I give it 50/50 odds, could be ok. Don't give up yet.
